Berggasthof Bürgeralpe

At 1,266 m above sea level, you will find friendly Austrian hospitality with delicacies from "grandmother's local cuisine" and healthy, carefully prepared delicacies from "international cuisine", accompanied by fine drinks from our cellar.

There are 170 seats in our inn. About 100 of them are located in the "Panorama Wintergarten", which was newly created in 2005, from which you have an impressive view of the mountainous Styrian-Lower Austrian foothills of the Alps. When the weather is nice, the Ötscher, the Gemeindealpe, the Dürrenstein, the Hochschwab and the Rax are within reach.

Our mountain inn on the Bürgeralpe is enchanting for a wide variety of events such as birthdays, weddings, seminars or gala dinners. A rustic, comfortably furnished Holzknechtstüberl on the ground floor rounds off our summer offer and invites you to linger. In sunny weather there is plenty of space in front of the Almbar to eat, drink or simply enjoy the sun in a deck chair.

In the panorama winter garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the local mountains. We look forward to pampering you with delicacies from the kitchen and cellar. Kitchen from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm with changing daily menus - later we offer a small menu.

Special emphasis is placed on our little guests: children's menus, child seats, changing table and a separate non-smoking area are a matter of course.

A newly laid out garden in front of the mountain inn, with sun and rain protection, invites you to enjoy. There is also a small playground with a nest swing, slide and floor trampoline. From the guest garden you can watch the children ride the new go-karts and balance bikes. When the sun is shining, the deck chairs on the adjacent lawn invite you to relax!
