The flat-rate delivery fee of €5.50 is automatically added when you place your order.
Unfortunately, delivery is currently only possible within Austria and Germany.
You can conveniently pay for your Gesäuse products with your VISA credit card.
Delivery times may vary depending on various factors, such as the delivery location. However, we endeavour to dispatch orders within two working days. If you have any further questions regarding delivery, please contact us at info@gesaeuse.at.
If you are not satisfied with your order or would like to exchange it, you have 30 days to do so. Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your delivery so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.
Send the return with sufficient postage to Tourismusverband Gesäuse, Hauptstraße 35, 8911 Admont. Returns can also be made directly to the Admont Information Office.
The refund will be made within 15 working days by bank transfer, for which we require your IBAN and BIC.
