The focus is on the sustainable exchange of regional delicacies and the communal sharing of homemade supplies. Whether jams, compotes, chutneys, or other preserved specialties – brought treats can be exchanged for free. The event also offers an opportunity for sharing experiences, conversations, and discovering new culinary ideas.
