The AusZeit Leoben holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 in order to offer our guests an appealing and relaxing ambience. Our goal was not just to create a simple holiday apartment: It should be a temporary home where you can retreat with family, friends and children and let your mind wander.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival,
30% of the total stay will be charged up to 7 days before arrival.
From 6 days before arrival 70% of the total stay will be charged and 90% of the omitted nights will be charged in case of no or late arrival.
A deposit of 20% is also required within 7 days of booking via bank transfer.

Arrival

The holiday couldn’t start any more stress-free: On the day of your arrival you will receive by SMS or e-mail the access code for the key safe at your chosen apartment. This allows you to be completely flexible and can check in at any time at your holiday home.

On the day of departure, simply put the key back in the safe.

Should you still wish a personal key transfer, please let us know when booking and we will be happy to receive you personally.

Walk into the holiday apartment “AusZeit Leoben 1”! Here your holiday starts right on your doorstep, because the annoying search for a parking space is not necessary thanks to private parking. The keys are handed over via a key safe at the entrance door.

As soon as you enter, the light-flooded living-dining area makes you want to spend pleasant hours with your loved ones. Highlights are the electric fireplace, which exudes a cosy, warm and romantic atmosphere, as well as the large flat screen. Here you can relax together to review the exciting days of your holiday. But also the common meals in the spacious dining area become a fixed point in the holiday plan.

Two additional people can be accommodated on the pull-out couch. This makes “AusZeit Leoben 1” perfect for small families or a short break with friends.
