What started in the year 2002 as a small project is now one of the most successful delicatessen manufacturers in Austria. However, even though the production volumes have changed in recent years, our passionate way of working has remained the same.

This is our quality promise.

With passion and a fine touch in handling food, the fruits and vegetables are filled into jars. The fruits & vegetables are mostly peeled, cleaned, pitted, and cut by hand.

Making the Best from the Good

In our products, you will find purity and expressive flavor. Made according to ancient tradition and traditional values: pestos, jams, savory pickled fruits, grill sauces, as well as creations of our unique black walnuts, rowan berries, or vinegar plums, and of course much more.
