The circular trail leads from the center of Rettenegg to the Stuhleck with the Alois Günther Haus, before returning via the Pretul.
Along the "Himmel auf Erden" (Heaven on Earth) planetary trail, the circular route leads mostly through wooded areas up to the Schwarzriegel. The forest thins out here and you soon reach the Alois Günther Haus. You can recharge your batteries at a leisurely stop before setting off on the way back. The descent is via the Pretulalm. The Roseggerhaus (Closed in 2026 for renovations) offers another opportunity to stop for refreshments. On the way down, there are always wonderful views of the Fischbach Alps, the Rax and the Schneealpe.
