The Huab'n Theater has been around for 25 years now—on the circular trail, you can learn everything about the origins and history of the open-air theater.

The trail leads around the Brandluckner Huab'n Theater, which is located at 1,132 meters above sea level. The open-air theater has been in existence since 2000, and every year around 7,000 culture enthusiasts make their way to Brandlucken to find out which magnificent play will be performed this year. The grandstand can seat 528 people at a time and is also covered so that the theater can take place even when it rains! If you still need a place to sleep after the circular trail—which is of course best combined with a visit to the theater—you are in good hands at the Naturhotel Bauernhofer, the Gasthof Unterberger "Zum Jagawirt", or the Kornreitherhaus.

The trail starts directly at the Brandluckner Huab'n parking lot opposite the Naturhotel Bauernhofer.

We set off in the direction of Gasthof Unterberger, but turn left immediately before it, at the next street after the parking lot.
We walk along the street behind the Huab'n and Greißlerei, noting stations 2 to 11 of the themed trail.
After station 11, we turn left again, heading back towards Huab'n. Stations 12 to 15 lead there.
Now we walk behind the grandstand, passing stations 16 to 23.
Finally, we arrive at the pavilion next to Brandluckner Huab'n, where station number 24 is also our destination.

Route description
Before starting the hike, check where you can stop for refreshments, including opening times, or pack suitable provisions.

At the grocery store, located directly in the rebuilt wooden house next to the Huab'n Theater, you can buy regional products to take home with you.
