Gasen is located in the valley between Birkfeld and the Straßegg and is a typical mountain farming village with extremely steep slopes.

The interactive exhibition shows the life of the musicians, but also offers insights into the private life and the hard working life of the mountain farmers in the village. If you are in gas, you should also take a hike on the "Stoakogler Heimatwanderweg". The wonderful hike leads around the picturesque village of Gasen with beautiful rest areas and the Stoani tower as a lookout point. In the hot summer months, a visit to the outdoor pool is mandatory, or you can borrow an e-bike and explore the Almenland Nature Park on your bike.
