Herb garden Pöllabauer

Erna Pöllabauer has been dealing with the variety of herbs that grow in her large herb garden for years. This creates valuable foods such as spices, teas and drinks. In addition, there are special products such as herbal pillows, bath bags and much more!

While Franz devotes himself to his love for animals - the shaggy highland cattle graze on lush green meadows all year round. Highland beef - organic premium beef: The highland cattle get only the best hay and grass all year round, with the fresh, juicy herbs that grow naturally on the meadow. This creates the high-quality, fine and short-fibred beef, which is especially suitable for diet cuisine.

On the farm there is of course a farm shop where all products can be purchased. Herbal teas, salts and spices as well as jams, scented bags, herbal pillows and much more are offered here!
