More information

  • We start our hike at the Esserkreuz on the outskirts of Birkfeld in the direction of Piregg
  • There is a parking area at the Esserkreuz cross
  • We follow the gently sloping gravel road past farms through forests to the inn Baumgartmühle
  • After a refreshment we hike back the same way
From the Esser cross you have a wonderful view over Birkfeld.
