Stoakogl hut

The quaint Stoakoglhütte, which is about 250 years old, is located directly on the Sommeralm panoramic road and is a popular destination for young and old alike. Many hiking trails, including the Plankogel Round Trail and the Seven Summits Round start right at the hut.

The hut is managed year-round, and hut host Heimo and hostess Martina create culinary delights: from Wiener Schnitzel to Kaspressknödel soup, to hearty snacks or beef salad, you can enjoy it all at the ALMO enjoyment host. The alpine breakfast is also a special experience! There is often live music here: the alpine festival or the alpine song evenings that take place in the summer are a must for every music lover.

The Stoakoglhütte is a Kulinarium Steiermark hut and stands for regional quality and identity.
