Welcome to the Rabl-Kreuz Hut at the foot of Hochwechsel in Waldbach-Mönichwald with a wonderful view at 1350m above sea level.
The hut is not only a starting point for many hikes on the Hochwechsel, but also invites you to enjoy a cozy snack or regional specialties on the terrace.
Throughout the year, various specialty days are offered from time to time.
The hut is accessible by car via Waldbach. Please note that you must pass through a toll station to reach the hut.
Payment at the toll station can only be made in cash (€ 5,- in summer / € 6,- in winter).
Overnight stays for up to 16 people are possible

The hut is closed from mid-March to May & November.
