They obtain the meat, sausages and cheese from the Schirnhofer company in Kaindorf, the potatoes are supplied by organic farmer Ernst Hlavka from St. Lorenzen and the free-range eggs also come from St. Lorenzen/change from Franz Reiterer vlg. Loiblhof. They obtain the noodles from Bishop Pasta from Ollersdorf in Burgenland.
