Hinterleitner mill
St. Kathrein am Hauenstein
Visit the restored mill and learn interesting facts from the past.
The mill is located in the so-called Mühlental and was built between 1896 and 1900. In 1992, the Hinterleitner Mill was completely renovated as a foam mill in the course of the state exhibition 1993 and thus restarted for interested parties. Oats and rye were ground for bread production as well as for feed as grist for livestock.
