The footpath leads along the Mürzufer, a cosy bench invites you to take a break. If you want to de-stress, all you have to do is watch the swans - the easiest and cheapest form of relaxation!

This varied circular route initially leads us along the Mürzufer, where a cosy bench invites us to linger and watch the swans in particular. As we continue, we get to know Hadersdorf and Althadersdorf. The last section, which takes us along the field path, provides us with further impressions of the landscape, which relieve the last stress and ensure deep relaxation.

Take the S6, Semmering motorway to the Allerheiligen/Mürzhofen exit - turn right towards Mürzhofen.

Starting from the municipal office in Mürzhofen, we walk along Wiener Straße in the direction of Hadersdorf. At the end of the village, we turn right into Wassergasse and follow the path or footpath along the Mürz. We cross the bridge on the left and turn left again immediately afterwards. We follow the path until we reach the Mürz power station. Here we turn left, cross the bridge over the Stanzbach stream and walk past the power station along the Mürz dam. We follow the signposts until we reach the S6 subway. Here we follow Leopersdorfer Straße to the left until we reach the Pioniersteg junction. We cross this and turn left into Aulandsiedlung and then right into Auweg and continue to the Grazer Straße junction. We then turn right and shortly afterwards cross Grazer Straße, follow Burggasse and at the end turn left into Feldrainweg. At the end of the Feldrainweg, we first turn right, then cross the bridge over the Lambach, pass the Zöscher farmstead and continue along the dirt track. We then keep left and follow the Alte Poststraße and Wiener Straße, which leads us back to our starting point.
