A fitness and vitality circuit close to the city, yet still surrounded by nature.

Fitness and hiking experience. Suitable for hikers, runners, and Nordic walkers. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening, balance, coordination, and relaxation. Each exercise is clearly depicted and described on the information boards. Additionally, walking and fitness tests can be performed on a measured 500-meter section. The centerpiece, the fitness pyramid, is located at the first station near Goldbründl.

Dining options: In the town center of Kindberg.

Path conditions: Road, forest and meadow paths, marked routes.

Total walking time: Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

From Bruck/Mur: Take the S6 exit Kindberg West.

From Mürzzuschlag: Take the S6 exit Kindberg Ost.

From the Town Hall, the path leads through the Castle Gate, along Schlossallee – passing under the highway, following the Möstlingbach stream, continuing along the Roseggerweg to the Goldbründl. From there, the trail ascends and continues to the Pulverturm. Then, take the serpentine path downhill, back to the Roseggerweg, and from there, return to the Town Hall.

Along the Vital Circuit, there is a marked route for a 2 km long UKK walking test.

In the summer, the municipal outdoor swimming pool also invites you to enjoy a refreshing dip: http://www.kindberg.at/freibad.

Take the train to Kindberg Station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk towards the town center. The Town Hall is located directly across from the Zunftbaum. For more information, visit www.verbundlinie.at.

By bus, there is a bus stop coming from both directions directly in front of the Town Hall.

Free parking is available near the Kindberg West and Kindberg Ost motorway exits.
