This tour leads from Kindberg through Kindtalgraben, over Aichberg, into Scheibsgraben, and continues to Wartberg (municipality of St. Barbara im Mürztal).
A route that stands out with excellent culinary stopovers.
Cyclists are repeatedly rewarded with breathtaking views and stunning panoramas of the Mürztal valley.

Directions:

From Vienna: Take the S6 - Semmering Expressway and exit at Kindberg-Ost. At the intersection, turn right and drive towards Wartberg. Shortly before leaving the town, you will find the entrance to Kindtalgraben on the left side.

From Graz: Take the S6 - Semmering Expressway and exit at Kindberg-Ost. At the roundabout, take the third exit, then turn right at the next intersection and drive towards Wartberg. Shortly before leaving the town, you will find the entrance to Kindtalgraben on the left side.
This MTB tour takes us from Kindberg through Scheibsgraben to St. Barbara/Wartberg.
We start our tour at the eastern town sign of Kindberg, near the former Gasthaus Jägerwirt, and initially follow the K3 (Zellertour) into Kindtalgraben, passing Gasthaus Ochensberger. After approximately 500 meters, we turn right and follow the road past Gehöft Kamsker-Stuber into Scheibsgraben.
From there, we have two options:
- Continue through Scheibsgraben up to Pretalsattel, or
- Return to our starting point in Kindberg via Wartberg and the R5 route.

A dining option is available at Gasthaus Ochensberger in Kindtalgraben.
By train to Kindberg or Wartberg (municipality of St. Barbara).
