This leisurely circular route takes us over lightly traveled local roads from Aflenz Kurort to Thörl and over the Fölz with a magnificent Hochschwab view back to Aflenz.

Trail conditions: Asphalted municipal roads, partially gravel road.

From the south: From Kapfenberg on the B20From the north: Via Mariazell and the Seeberg on the B20From the east: Via Semmering on the S6 to Kapfenberg and further on the B20

Starting from Kassecker Platzl in Aflenz, the route leads via Schulgasse into the Fölz. Along the municipal road now out of the valley to Palbersdorf. Pass the inn "Zum Hochschwab" and continue in the direction of the main school. Along the brook to Tutschach and further to Jauring. Turn left at the fork in the road and return to Aflenz.
