At the beginning of your stay a richly filled basket or fridge with high-quality products of the regional direct marketers and our farm awaits you. You are welcome to make use of our bakery service.

Payment conditions
40% of the total price is to be paid as deposit up to 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
Cancellation conditions:
No cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival
40% of the room rate if cancelled up to one month before arrival
70% of the room rate if cancelled up to one week before arrival
90% of the room rate in case of late cancellation and no-show

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! If you are already driving down from the S6 in Mürzzuschlag by GPS, please don't drive via the Bärenkogel. This is not possible due to forest roads and driving bans!
Route:
S6 Semmering Expressway
- Departure Langenwang
- turn on Grazerstraße Towards Mürzzuschlag
- Stay 1. 8 km on Grazer Straße
- at Dorfwirtshaus Petry turn right on Pretulstraße
- follow the road about 6 km to the ice rink
- immediately after the green bridge turn left to the Heselehof
The last 1. 2km lead over a gravel road
