Information
The cozy Hochanger shelter is located at 1312m near Bruck an der Mur. It has been awarded the Austrian Environmental Label for Tourism.
Accommodation options are available in two triple rooms, a 5-bed mattress dormitory, and a 10-bed mattress dormitory.
Availability is upon request; reservations can be made via email and/or WhatsApp, and you will need to wait for a response from the hut landlord.
Unfortunately, there are no shower facilities at the Hochanger shelter. Sleeping bags or hut sleeping bags must be brought; otherwise, higher costs will be incurred.
For hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the sleeping area, except for day guests with dogs on the terrace and in the guest room.
The menu is continuously supplemented with special treats. Dietary restrictions are taken into consideration, and gluten-free dishes are gladly offered.
In case of bad weather, the landlord reserves the right to close earlier; otherwise, she will remain on the mountain as long as there are guests present.
