Our apartments can be booked all year round and are self-catering. In the main season you have the option of a rich breakfast buffet in the R&R Residenzen Hotel Mitterbach (for a surchage and prior registration).
In our aparthotel we offer you 3 apartments of 100m2 each and a garden apartment with a size of 70m2.
Apartments 1, 2 and 3 have 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, toilet, living room with heated bench, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, desk, telephone, W-LAN, a private wine cellar with minibar, safe, smart TV and balcony with a view of the mountains of Mitterbach. Against surcharge: private spa with Finnish sauna incl. infrared light and light bar, bathtub as well as relaxation area and your own private terrace.
The garden apartment has a living/bedroom and a comfortable seating area, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. A separate bedroom with a modern double bed, spacious bathroom, shower, toilet, WiFi, smart TV. The highlight is the access to the spacious garden with the magnificent view of the mountains of Mitterbach.

Coming from the north: Motorway A1 exit St. Pölten Süd via Traisen, Lilienfeld, Türnitz, Annaberg, Josefsberg and Friedenstein. Then after the "Eben" and a left turn on the right side "Bergstraße 1a" before Mitterbach am Erlaufsee.
Coming from the south: Via Bruck an der Mur, Styrian Seeberg, Gußwerk, Mariazell and Mitterbach am Erlaufsee. Then after the first left turn in the direction of Josefsberg on the left "Bergstraße 1a".
Coming from the west: Motorway A1 exit Wieselburg towards Scheibbs, Gaming, Zellerrain, Erlaufsee, Mitterbach am Erlaufsee. Then after the first left turn towards Josefsberg on the left side "Bergstraße 1a"
Coming from the east: Südautobahn exit Mürzzuschlag via Neuberg, Mürzsteg, Lahnsattel, Halltal, Mariazell, Mitterbach am Erlaufsee. Then after the first left turn towards Josefsberg on the left side "Bergstraße 1a"
