Welcome to our lovingly renovated non-smoking house with a view of the Gemeindealpe and the reservoir. Our house, which has been awarded 4 suns by the regional association for holidays on the farm and private room rental in Lower Austria, is located on the outskirts of Mitterbach in a small settlement on the reservoir. (Entrance to the Ötscher Tormäuer Nature Park)
The room and the 2 suites are cozy and comfortable, each with a loggia. The spacious breakfast room and lounge on the sunny side with a cozy fireplace and large terrace invite you to relax. We are happy to meet your individual wishes by arrangement, such as early breakfast, extended breakfast but also breakfast in your room (maybe with sparkling wine and salmon?) A wonderful hiking and cycling area awaits you freshly strengthened in summer.
Since we are a member of the Wilden Wunder Card, you can visit many excursion destinations for free or at greatly reduced prices. Those who do not like it that sporty can relax at the Erlaufsee or in the heated outdoor pool (across from the chairlift on the Gemeindealpe).
Even in winter, the romantic winter hiking trail next to the reservoir, the ski slopes of the Gemeindealpe or the groomed cross-country ski trails invite you to enjoy activities in our beautiful landscape.
<p>Conditions</p>
If you arrive between 1 May and 26 October, you will receive the Wilde Wunder Card free of charge on arrival. When planning your holiday, please note that the card is valid on all days between arrival and departure – either on the day of arrival or on the day of departure, but not on both days.
Payment Conditions:
Payment is made directly at the accommodation.
You are also welcome to pay by debit or credit card, but please note that the credit card terminal fee will be charged additionally.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival.
- 40% of the total price if canceled up to 1 month before arrival.
- 70% of the total price if canceled up to 1 week before arrival.
- 90% of the total price if canceled in the last week before arrival.
