Information
Located in the holiday region of Kindberg Mürztal, this guesthouse enjoys one of the most beautiful sunny and very quiet southern locations in the east of Kindberg.
After a complete renovation of the rooms in spring 2024, the Herzogberghof will reopen its doors in July. A new modern style and generously equipped rooms enhance the quality of the bed and breakfast.
Each room features its own private balcony with a fascinating view over the Mürztal.
As of March 1, 2025, all four floors will be accessible by elevator. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available upon request.
You can enjoy free internet access and parking facilities.
In your room, you will find a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some rooms are also equipped with a private safe.
Hiking to the nearby alpine pastures is an ideal starting point for extensive walks and bike tours.
The Hertzwärts hiking trail No. 9 leads directly around Kindberg, passing along the hotel grounds.
In winter, you can quickly and conveniently reach the surrounding ski areas of Semmering or Aflenz by car.
Access: From Bruck/Mur or Mürzzuschlag: S6 exit Kindbergdörfl
The town of Kapfenberg can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by car, and Graz in 54 minutes on the S35.
The car racing track Red Bull Ring can be reached via the S6 in 40 minutes.

Route: Follow the green Herzogberghof signposts along Grazerstrasse in the direction of Herzogbergstrasse. Our house is located at the end of Erlenweg.
We are happy to pick up train passengers from Kindberg train station.
