The room is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival until 11 AM on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6 PM, we ask for a phone call.
Any cancellations must be made in writing and are possible under the following conditions:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 days before arrival.
- For cancellations between the 4th day and the 2nd day before the arrival date, 50% of the room price will be charged.
- For cancellations between the 2nd day before the arrival date and the day of arrival itself, we charge 70% of the room price.
- In case of no-show without prior cancellation or early departure, we charge 90% of the room price.
