IN WINTER: Imagine waking up, strapping on your skis, and gliding directly onto the slopes! Off the slopes, you can embark on ski tours, enjoy the picturesque winter landscape, or go tobogganing with the family. Afterwards, relax and enjoy your infusion in the on-site barrel sauna. If you need ski equipment, it will be provided to you at a special price by our partner company Skiverleih Sonnenalm.
IN SUMMER: Numerous hiking and biking tours are available right outside your front door. Rax, Schneelape, Mariazell, and many other excursion destinations are in close proximity. E-bikes are available on-site - you can borrow them at a special price based on availability. Or you can relax in the on-site garden while enjoying the picturesque view.
Each of our chalets offers 57 m² of space for up to four people and is ideally equipped for self-catering.
Thanks to our altitude of 800 m above sea level, you can enjoy fresh mountain air.

Air conditioning with heating function in the living-dining room and the main bedroom
Air comfort ventilation in all rooms, underfloor heating
All windows and doors triple-glazed, insect protection on all windows

Free parking
Each chalet is fully equipped with bed linens, bath, shower, and sauna towels as well as a bathrobe and slippers for each adult. Soap and shampoo are also provided. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will additionally find a small selection of tea and 10 pieces of Nespresso capsules as well as salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and oil as initial supplies. Dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, and dish towels are also provided.
