Our farm is located in the beautiful Mariazellerland. We are situated on a hill near the Styrian-Lower Austrian border, in an absolutely unique location. In spite of our detached location, the closest town Mitterbach at the Erlaufsee is only 5 minutes away by foot. 5km (3.1 miles) further you can explore the city of Mariazell – one of the most famous places of pilgrimage worldwide.
Our four private rooms are all newly renovated and offer our guests a wonderful panoramic view of the Mariazell mountains.The Mariazellerland and our private rooms with a rich, delicious breakfast on our organic farm are definitely worth a visit due to the location and the variety of leisure activities offered here.
<p>Conditions</p>
Cancellation policy: One month before arrival we charge 40%, 1 week before the arrival day 70% and within the last week before arrival we charge 90% from the booked arrangement. We ask for your understanding that in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or non-arrival we have to charge the entire reserved stay.
