Information
The cozy holiday apartment with around 70 m² of living space offers plenty of room to feel comfortable and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The spacious terrace invites you to relax and offers a beautiful view of the Gemeindealpe and the Ötscher.
Inside, you will find an open living kitchen with a cozy dining area, equipped with everything your heart desires: an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Sodastream, toaster, milk frother, and a fully automatic coffee machine – coffee beans, sugar, and spices are already ready for you.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as an open gallery with another double bed and a single bed – ideal for children or additional guests. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet ensure comfort in everyday life.
For longer stays, a washing machine, an iron with ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer are also available. Wi-Fi is, of course, available, as well as cable TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video.
<p>Conditions</p>
If you arrive between 1 May and 26 October, you will receive the Wilde Wunder Card, valid for the duration of your booked stay, free of charge on arrival.
Check-In:
You can generally check in at 4 p.m. We deposit the key in the key safe directly in the accommodation, Bundesstraße 49, 8630 Mariazell. As soon as we have received the full booking amount, you will conveniently receive the code for the key safe by message.
Terms of payment:
Deposit of 25% of the total invoice amount up to 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation
Final payment before arrival by bank transfer no later than 3 days before arrival
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival
