Chalet – Holiday Home "Old School in Krieglach"
Warm welcome at 795 m above sea level, just outside Krieglach, in the middle of the Mürzsteg Alps. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the Old School has stood since 1870.
Since then, the house has carried the name in its address "Massing 34 vulgo Alte Schule". After the construction of the "new school" – our neighboring house, it was repurposed as a carpentry workshop and became known as the "Woodcutter's House". In 1970, it was converted into a residential building.
In summer 2023, Christian and Bálint acquired the Woodcutter's House, lovingly restored it, and set it up as a guesthouse for up to 10 people. Since autumn 2024, the "Chalet Woodcutter's House vulgo Alte Schule" has been hosting numerous guests.
