I started my training as a forest educator with a forestry module at FAST Pichl. It was incredibly fun to gain insight into forestry and learn how to handle a chainsaw. All these new impressions have greatly increased my awe for the forest habitat, and I share my knowledge with incredible joy to children.
A fascinating field of possibilities to work with people and be active in health prevention is offered by forest bathing. The deeper I dive into the world of the forest with all its colors, scents, and effects, the more consciously and joyfully I have pursued my training path.
Most people are all too familiar with the feeling of being physically and mentally drained. Sleep eludes them, concentration wanes, and they are no longer themselves.
Subsequently, these things negatively affect physical health.
Finding calm in the forests of the Mürzer Oberland Nature Park, learning to pay attention to one’s gut feeling again, and taking care of oneself.
