Ganzalmhaus

The Ganzalmhaus is located on the southwest slope of the Pretulalpe and is a year-round destination with good cuisine! In the styrian region Hochsteiermark, this base, which is open all year round, is located on the southwest slope of the Pretulalpe. The valley locations are Mürzzuschlag and Hönigsberg. In summer, in addition to hikers, mainly mountain bikers cavort here, as the Mürzer Almentour leads right past the hut. In winter you can borrow toboggans at the hut and race three kilometers towards the valley. Several hiking routes, often frequented by snowshoe hikers when there is snow, lead further into the Fischbach Alps. Ski tourers are attracted by the peaks of the Pretul or the Stuhleck, whereby the runs are mostly possible down to the valley.
