The Antauerhaus - one of the most important buildings, Secessionist facade - richly decorated

The three-storey house with its richly decorated secessionist facade forms a striking eye-catcher on the southeast corner of the main square. The Antauerhaus is one of the most important buildings in the city of Bruck an der Mur.

It was founded in 1905/06 by the Bruck physician Dr. Rudolf Grillitsch, who had a very modern and progressive private sanatorium set up on the first floor.

Today it is an office and residential building and since 2013 the building in the city center has been a listed building.
