Amanda's Pasta Variations ... homemade with love!

My noodles are freshly prepared several times a week from free-range eggs, organic durum wheat semolina, exclusively natural flavoring ingredients (wild garlic, garlic, basil, garden herbs, pumpkin seeds, chilli, vegan broccoli peas) and water from our own spring.
Our Greenbox packaging materials are 100% compostable.
You can buy my noodles in our inn and in the grocery store in Aflenz.
