"Be a wild child and have a rebel soul"
In this workshop, we will try to connect with our wild femininity in nature. Mindfulness, slowing down, the wild inner child, creativity, and the magic of Mother Nature are at the center of focus. During a joint herbal walk, we will learn about the most important healing herbs for women and their applications as well as processing possibilities. Along the way, we will create products that are beneficial for the female cycle and for balanced hormone levels.
