The "Lichterzauber Bürgeralpe" transforms the Mariazell mountain into a sparkling winter world.

After taking the cable car, the well-known woodcutter's land reveals itself in a completely new light – winding light paths, glittering trees, a mysteriously shimmering lake, and as the highlight, an impressive sound-to-light laser show at the viewing tower.

The enchanting experience is accompanied by culinary delights at the mountain inn and fine hot drinks in the forest arch by the mountain lake.
To conclude, you can take the cable car ride back down into the valley, or you can enjoy our night tobogganing under floodlights.

November 19 to December 20, 2026: Thursday to Sunday as well as December 7 and 8.
December 26, 2026 to January 6, 2027: daily

Magic of Lights: 4:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Lift operation: Lift operation: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Mountain inn: open until 7:45 p.m. (hot kitchen until 7:15 p.m.)
