Christian Reiner and Martin Siewert combine experimental music with radio play elements and realtime poetry in “weiter.” Everyday language and sound languages are used, as well as radically abstracted Dada poetry, all within an improvised contemporary aesthetic that operates in the broad spectrum of noise, experimental glitch electronics, and abstract improvised music.

Martin Siewert – Electric Guitar, Lapsteel, Electronics
Christian Reiner, born 1970 in Munich, is a speaker, his instrument is the voice. His improvisational works are situated between music and language. He uses his voice and concentrated speech design in readings, radio plays, film, radio theater performances, and in concerts with various ensembles.
Martin Siewert, born 1972 in Saarbrücken, works as a guitarist & improviser, but also as a composer in acoustic and/or electronic contexts, with numerous collaborations and compositions for theater, dance & film.
