This new course offering with Eva Maria Lipp will be offered for the first time in summer 2026 under the series IM SALZATAL.

Campfire romance or experiential cooking over an open fire is always a true hit. Cooking and baking with the fire bowl, a kettle on a tripod, a bucket with hot coals, etc., can prepare an adventurous best meal. From a kettle dish to stick bread, tarte flambée, braised dishes, and even Kaiserschmarrn, many more possibilities exist. An exciting program with plenty of variety will boost this course to culinary success.
