Meeting point on Sunday, the 30th of August at 8:50 a.m. at the bus stop Mitterdorf in Mürztal-Veitsch station

Trail length approx. 14 km | ascent approx. 600 m | descent approx. 600 m | walking time approx. 5:30 hrs

The end of the hike is at approx. 4:45 p.m. at the bus stop Seeberg at Hochschwab Seebergalm

Beautiful alpine hike from Brunnalm to Seeberg. We start at Brunnalm at the foot of the Hohe Veitsch and hike along diverse paths over Rotsohlalm, Turnaueralm, and Göriacheralm to Seebergalm, from where we return by bus.

Traveling by public transport: with RJX 630 at 7:41 a.m. from Graz, then with S1 at 8:22 a.m. from Bruck/Mur train station, and further with “Sigis Taxi” from Mitterdorf in Mürztal-Veitsch train station. Return journey by public transport: Bus 170 at 5:08 p.m. from the bus stop Seeberg at Hochschwab Seebergalm, continuing to Graz from Kapfenberg at 6:18 p.m. with RJ 856, arrival in Graz at 7:00 p.m.

Difficulty level: T1 hike without particular difficulties, few short steeper ascents and descents, stamina for about 5:30 hours of walking time and 600 meters of elevation gain required.

Equipment: Sturdy footwear required, hiking clothing, rain protection, backpack, hat, gloves, possibly hiking poles, drink, snack, a stop planned on the way at Göriacheralm.

Costs: € 35.00 / person, payable on-site to the guide, additionally approx. € 9.00 per person for the taxi.
