The Christmas story is known to everyone – the journey to Bethlehem, the stable, the star, and the shepherds. However, two quiet companions of this special night have rarely been in the spotlight: ox and donkey. In the musical nativity story “Auf Wiederkaun” , they finally take center stage.

The author and actor Huber Wast tells the well-known story together with the Kapelle So&So from a new, surprising perspective – humorous, touching, and thought-provoking at the same time. How do the two stable residents experience the hustle and bustle surrounding the census? What do they think as their humble stable suddenly becomes the scene of a world event?
