Start for the younger age groups from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Start at 1:30 p.m.: Juniors, U23, and all age groups (born 2008 and older) and all relays:

1000m swimming (2 long laps with beach landings)
5 km running (5 laps)

Registration until 24.06. 11:59 p.m., late registration fee on the event day €15, starter bag only for pre-registrations.
