Copper Path Johnsbach

Open
A mining history hike from Radmer to Johnsbach
Hiking like in former times

The route of the Johnsbacher Erzweges, which is highly interesting in terms of mining history, leads from the Paradeisstollen in the Hinterradmer to the Zeringeralm. "The Zeringeralm used to be a kind of supply base for miners. A so-called Hebalm - where food and wine were handed over to the transport people. An inner-alpine route where not only food but also charcoal and ore were transported," the historian describes the background of today's hiking trail.

A handy history and hiking guide is signpost, map and guide at the same time.

Sales points are the Paradeisstollen in Radmer, the Zeiringer Alm, the Infobüro Admont and the NP pavilion in Gstatterboden.

Resting benches and numbers are on the points described in the book. Please browse there and observe the montane-historical peculiarities near the point.
