The water hisses as it evaporates on the hot stones, and after the third infusion at the latest, even the last sauna occupant falls silent, leans back with a sigh, and lets all his pores run. In the Waldsauna Wildalpen, locals and water sports enthusiasts, hikers and people who happen to be passing by enjoy the healing power of sweat cures and ice baths, everyone is welcome. Two very well-maintained saunas, a brand-new relaxation room with panoramic windows and wooden loungers under swaying fir branches allow visitors to dive into another world. Whoever dives into the plunge pool of the mountain stream rushing by comes out as a dancing corpuscle of blood, gushing brightly, as if reborn. In the small indoor pool right next door, on the other hand, the water temperature allows for a longer swim. If necessary, you can swim a lane or two here in between.

Just you and me

If you want to take it a bit more private with family or friends, you can rent the sauna for three full hours. The area is then shared only with deer and woodpeckers - the Wildalpen forest sauna, a real eye-catcher!
