The short but challenging LN 4 is located in Erzberg-Leoben.

Although short, but sporty demanding round, which is rewarded by great views from the Damhirschgatter.

Excellent short tour for a successful evening with high sporting value away from busy traffic routes, only approach and departure on asphalt (bike path).

Remarkable about the route is the course throughout away from the main traffic flow and the high proportion of gravel road and off-road trails for the nature-loving biker.

Criterion: steep ascent and selective forest descent (20%) on hollow track and off-road path, be careful when crossing the B115a road in Friedauwerk.

The starting point of this tour is the parking lot of the Krumpenloipe directly on the bypass road B115. From here the route leads from Hafning along the cycle path along the old railroad line in the direction of Vordernberg, before it branches off to the right in Friedauwerk and winds its way in serpentines up to 900 m above sea level. At the Damhirschgatter it passes and then follows the very selective descent through the forest and then off-road path into the Trattning. After crossing the busy Eisenbundesstraße, the route leads back along the cycle path to Hafning.

The route runs 9% on the paved main road, 43% on side roads and 48% on bike paths. The nature of these roads and paths are divided into 65% asphalt, 23% gravel and 12% off-road.

From the parking lot Krumpenloipe also starts the challenging LN 3 - Reitingblickrunde.
