s´Mosern
Information
Mountain panorama view & Grundlsee coziness
Built in 1916, lovingly extended and renovated, s'Mosern wants to be a piece of home in Ausseerland today. For relaxation or for adventurers - no place connects both in such a unique way as the Ausseerland region. Let your soul dangle far away from any hustle and bustle, and enjoy a panoramic view from the mountains of the Dead Mountains to the mountains in the Ennstal - that’s what makes the holiday home s'Mosern special. "Ausseer" charm meets selected photographs and art from the region.
A home in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut region
With approximately 100 square meters, the cozy holiday home offers space for up to 6 people, who can enjoy quiet moments after a day full of experiences in 2 double and 2 single rooms. The room layout allows for a relaxed vacation even for families with children or for smaller groups of friends. The house leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities - guests even have access to 2 garage parking spaces, as well as a ski and laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and infrared heating. For the stay, s'Mosern offers everything needed to enjoy feel-good moments and culinary highlights in your temporary home. Dogs are also very welcome! To fully immerse in the world of the Ausseerland region, several selected recommendations and insider tips have been chosen in a guestbook specially compiled by the hosts, which is ready in the cozy veranda upon arrival, waiting to be browsed through.
Step into nature right outside the door
The s'Mosern is located just 2 minutes by car or a 10-minute walk from the shore of the picturesque Grundlsee. Altaussee, and Bad Aussee can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. This makes both the surrounding and popular excursion destinations as well as the ski areas Loser, Zlaim, and Tauplitz quickly accessible. The proximity to the cool waters - the diverse mountain lakes of Ausseerland - is guaranteed in summer!
The ideal location to start directly from the front door into nature! Hikes such as to the Tressensteinwarte, to Bärnmoos, a round trip around the lakes Altausseer See and Grundlsee, or also the path to Bad Aussee along the Traun is directly possible from s'Mosern as a starting point.
Other distances include Kulm at 25 minutes by car, Hallstatt at 34 minutes by car, and Salzburg Airport is reached in 1 hour and 28 minutes.
