Organic wine from Ploder-Rosenberg

Conviction creates convincing real wine

At Rosenberg in St. Peter am Ottersbach, the Ploder family manages a total of 12.5 hectares of vineyards. In 2006, they switched to biodynamic farming, and since 2010, they have been producing certified organic wines. Since 2015, the Ploder-Rosenberg winery has been a recognized Demeter operation.

By forgoing synthetic, systemic, and deep-acting fungicides, insecticides, and herbicides, as well as consistent circular thinking and biodynamic farming, a fine and pure wine result is created that is increasingly appealing.

The ideal opportunity to experience the actions and endeavors at the Ploder-Rosenberg winery is offered by a "VerFührung". With a welcome drink, guests wander through the vineyards and cellar and then enjoy a tasting - including inspiration from omnipresent art objects.
