Gourmet cuisine and stylish hotel with spa in a quiet location in Straden.

The SAZIANI Restaurant & Hotel in Straden has stood for fine cuisine and personal hospitality since its opening in 1987. In May 2023, the operation was taken over by Christoph Mandl and his fiancée Ruth Heusch as new tenants after a short transition period. Together with winemaker Christoph Neumeister, they continue the vision of a modern gourmet restaurant that combines contemporary demands with culinary tradition.

At the heart of the restaurant is a cuisine that focuses on selected producers and businesses from the region and highlights their quality through careful, artisanal processing. Clear aromas, precise preparation, and a balanced interplay of the ingredients shape the culinary experience. The goal is a enjoyment that is both refined, accessible, and harmonious.

The restaurant is complemented by a small, exclusive hotel area with six spacious double rooms and a suite for up to four people. The tranquil pond pool area and the spa area create ideal conditions for relaxed hours, encouraging guests to purposefully extend their stay in Straden and enjoy the region at leisure.
