Sonja Trummer and Günter Schöllauf produce fantastic goat cheese in a wide variety of variations in their manufactory.

Sonja Trummer runs a close-to-nature family farm in Risola near Sankt Anna am Aigen. In the cheese dairy, various fresh cheeses are produced from the best goat hay milk.

No fixed, regulated opening hours. Guided tours available upon telephone reservation.
The farm shop is a self-service store and is therefore open around the clock.
