Fruit Manufacture LIND is a family business. Maria and Luis Lind laid the foundation 40 years ago, and today Christian and Markus continue to build and brew. As a family business in Bad Waltersdorf in Eastern Styria, Maria and Luis, along with their sons Christian and Markus, place great value on quality, variety, and careful management of their orchards.

In the orchards , apples, pears, apricots, peaches, quinces, plums, sour cherries, cherries, and aronia berries, currants, and raspberries ripen, among others. Why do they taste so good? That is due to the mild climate in the volcanic region, which allows the fruit trees to literally blossom.

Christian is the innovative mind behind the barrels and bottles. He is constantly experimenting with new things and looking to improve and rethink the tried and true. And he has a knack for design. That’s why he redesigned the distillation room, the production hall , and the tasting room to ensure that there is something beautiful for the eyes alongside something good for the palate. Because it is well-known that the eyes eat (and drink) too.

Only the best fruits may be used in our juices, spirits, liqueurs, and our cider, must, and frizzante. You can taste it and see it. Not in the bottle, but in the glass! The further processing and production of the products take place on the farm.
