The Sportflieger-Club Fürstenfeld operates this unique facility in the heart of the southeastern Styrian-Burgenland thermal region with over 180 members in the sections of powered flight, gliding, parachuting and model flying.

The airfield has been a popular destination for young and old for decades, the wide range of sightseeing flights over eastern Styria or the Alps, as well as tandem parachute jumps as a special adrenaline kick offer the special experience.

The Sportflieger-Club Fürstenfeld has been known for decades as the home of numerous aviation enthusiasts - flight training to become a glider and motor pilot, as well as a parachutist can be started before the age of 16. The "Approved Training Organization (ATO) Fürstenfeld", which is certified to the highest international standards, guarantees the best level of training for private and professional pilots.
