St. Anna/Aigen

While his parents have specialized in growing vegetables, young farmer Stefan Weiß grows organic berries. In addition, products such as tomato juice and Vino Pomodora, a wine made from tomatoes, are also produced.

2 generations & 2 farms

In the agricultural business of the Weiß family there are two farms under one roof. While Waltraud and Ewald specialize in the cultivation and processing of vegetables, for example tomatoes, peppers and lettuce, as well as elderberries and summer raspberries, young farmer Stefan Weiß focuses on organic berries. Vegetables are produced in protected cultivation (foil greenhouse) on an area of about 1.3 hectares.
