At Buschenschank Hochhold, genuine family work is a priority – everyone pitches in here. What makes this establishment special is the seamless control of the entire food chain, which can still be found in only a few Buschenschänke. The pigs that are processed are raised directly in their own stables and processed in the in-house slaughter room. You can feel and taste this quality in every meal – a delight rooted in tradition and responsibility!
